Curriculum that develops the whole child
Our L.E.A.P.® (Learning Experience Academic Program) Curriculum uses fun, hands-on activities throughout early education to help children develop intellectually, socially and cognitively. Or as we say, to learn, play and grow.
Characters that bring learning to life
Studies indicate that children love to learn from characters. That’s why we’ve developed a wide and joyous group of them, each representing a specific curriculum purpose. This makes learning relatable and meaningful for our little learners, and creates a happy and engaging environment.

Hi, my name is Michalene and I am excited to be a part of our Mount Pleasant Team! I have been with TLE since 2011 at our Charlotte locations, where I played a crucial role in helping and shaping our infant and toddler programs! In my free time, I love going to the beach and I also have a dog named Fizz and two kitties. I look forward to building long lasting relationships with all.

Hi, my name is Martina. I am originally from Chile but moved to Charleston with my husband in 2018. We live in Mount Pleasant with our son Maximo, our dog Kai and our cat Nilo. I majored in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and have worked as a teacher assistant in a Special Education classroom, and as a classroom teacher in First and Third grade. I love traveling, going on walks and finding new trails to go with my family, as well as going to the beach and getting an early workout to start my day energized. I am very happy to be a part of the TLE family!

Hi my name is Erica, and I am excited to be a part of the TLE family. I just relocated here from Charlotte NC, in July 2023. I have been in the childcare field since 2008, whereas five of those years were spent in the infant/toddler classroom. Since 2013, I have been in childcare management. In my free time I love playing with my dog Charlie and going to the pool and the beach.
